Hey,I'm Wei Xiong..I would like to take this opportunity to introduce my dad's company to all viewers of our ''FunTaskTic'' Blog.. My father's name is Liau Guan Seng who is a chicken wholesaler with a company name called KT Liau Enterprise. KT Liau Enterprise is owned by my fathe so the ownership of this company is considered as private..However,my father n my uncle(supevisor) is the control of my father company. They control the daily activities that carry out in the factory. The goals & objective of my father's company are to gains profit and provides a good services to the consumer. The social arrangement of the company is boss(my father) ,my uncle(supervisor) and 3 malay worker who is Iwan, Ika and Amran. i will b the part-time worker for weekend because there is a good business during the weekend. My father's company performace is good during the weekend whereas Monday~Friday is slightly bad because everyone work on the weekdays. Then, boundary which is physical for KT Liau Enterprise is factory gates and social boundary is employment status.

Job Description:~

My father n mother wake up at 4am in the morning everyday except Chinese New Year(No holiday although it is a public holiday). After that,they reach factory in 10minutes time. After the suppliers supply chicken that is still alive to my dad factory, dad start to deliver chicken in container to the customer by using a lorry. My mother's role is deliver invoices to the customer according to the amount of order ordered by the customer. Around 10am, after the chicken is being killed by the customer then send to the market for selling purpose, the containers are all collect back to the factory for the next day use. About 12pm~2pm, father n mother take order from customers one by one then after total it up, father is make an order to the supplier..
