My mother is the senior assistant of co curriculum of SMK Tunku Adzam. It is a public organization, owned by the government. The collective goal of her organization is to get the best out of every student. Performance appraisal is carried out every year to control the performance of the teachers and students. The appraisal is done by the headmaster and the senior assistants. The headmaster and senior assistants will observe the teachers while they are teaching during the appraisal period. They will evaluate the aspect of teaching of all the teachers and will provide feedback to the teachers, positive or otherwise about their performance. The boundary of her organization is within the school compound and is separated from the external environment by school gates and fence.
